2. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

4. ORDERING AND CONTRACT FORMATION

5. PRICING AND TAXATION
All costs displayed at checkout, including shipping fees and applicable taxes, are final. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount. Import duties, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery estimates provided during checkout are for planning purposes only and are not guarantees. Unless otherwise mandated by applicable law, the risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed over to the courier service. We are not liable for delays resulting from logistical constraints or customs clearance.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (COOLING-OFF PERIOD)
In accordance with EU consumer protection standards, customers within the European Economic Area (EEA) possess a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Period: You may cancel your order without justification within 14 days from the date you (or a designated third party) receive the items.
Procedure: To exercise this right, notify us at office@foterwa.com with your order number.
Consequences: We will reimburse the purchase price (excluding original shipping if applicable) within 14 days of receiving your notification, provided the goods are returned in original condition.
8. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTIES
We strictly adhere to EU consumer directives regarding product quality:
Legal Warranty: You are entitled to a 2-year legal warranty for lack of conformity from the date of delivery.
Reporting Defects: Should an item arrive damaged or non-compliant, please contact us at office@foterwa.com within 7 days. Include clear photographs of the issue.
Resolution: We are committed to resolving valid complaints through repair, replacement, or a partial/full refund, following a thorough assessment of the provided documentation.
9. RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
All returns must comply with our dedicated Return & Refund Policy. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and carry original tags. The specific return mailing address will be provided upon your request to our customer support team.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania, without prejudice to any consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
